It does help to have some sort of translation, like Google Chrome etc.

Her most recent skin download link will give you a page like this and this one is easier to find the download button:

Her older download links will be a little more involved. First you get this page and you need to click the button at the red arrow.

This will bring you to another page and then you need to click the button at the red arrow, like so. (My page here was partially translated by google chrome)
